  2. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
  3. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU

Pricing

We reserve the right to charge for access to certain features of our service. If we do, we'll let you know in advance and provide details about the pricing and payment terms. We also reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we do, we'll let you know about the changes and when they take effect, before they happen.

Some of our clients may be receiving the Service at a discounted rate or as an included benefit of our work together. The continued use of the Service at discount or as part of any other services is contingent on their ongoing eligibility and our discretion as part of the Service offering.
